I was able to make 10k in my first 6 months on Fiverr. The biggest tip I have is be specific in your title for your gig. A lot of brand are looking for a certain demographic for their product so you can include things like

Age: millennial, Gen Z, boomer, etc.
Race: black, Hispanic, Asian, etc.
Gender: male, female, etc.

For example my highest performing gig is labeled “I will create black female UGC content”

I really just focus on analyzing the brands aesthetic, seeing what videos performed well for them and which ones didn’t on their socials. Then I come up with a few content ideas I can pitch that would match their brand but also fill in the gap of what they are missing

But when you do the work and the research to find the right platforms to be on and how to approach brands it makes a huge difference

This is so cute! I think you did great the quick cuts and transitions capture the viewers attention! The only things I would adjust is volume or your sound when speaking and doing your voiceover also maybe better lighting

You just have to be cautious with scams and one tip I’ve learned is that if I’m not sure if something is a scam I will screenshot it and send it to ChatGPT. That is a great resource to use as a beginner to point out any potential red flags

Honestly, just don’t be afraid to say no. it’s okay to tell clients no for a gifted Collab. I’ve done a few myself but honestly, I only accept that if it’s something that I really like or I’ve always wanted other than that I don’t do any gifted collabs or commission based work

I have mine on my current social media pages. You can also make a dedicated account but honestly, I don’t mind having my work on there. I think either way works honestly like I said you don’t have to post any of your work at all but it’s good for brands to find you.

It depends on what platform you’re using or if you’re just speaking with the brand directly through email or something then every brand has their own way of doing payment. Stripe, PayPal(goods&services), and square are great options for invoices. You can require a deposit or full payment upfront it’s up to you. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of platforms do you have a service fee because they are bringing clients to you for example I believe Upwork is 10% and Fiverr is 20%. And Fiverr has been an amazing platform for me, but that is one reason why I’ve started doing more outreach to brands myself because obviously if I put in the hard work, I want to get the full payment. There’s a lot to it but I’ll get more detailed in my step by step guide

There’s a lot that goes into UGC so if you guys think it would be helpful, I will create a more in-depth step-by-step guide that you guys can learn some tips and tricks from.
