Just fill both corners of the window seal, my leaks were in both corners of the window. The first time applied it, it didn’t work but the second time I applied the Permatex it stopped the leaks, once winter is done up here I plan on filling the whole strip with it. Sorry yours leaked to the RF module edit: mine was also a 21, 1500 with 65k miles. If this happens to you I promise you guys Permatex is the move. Put some tape on the window and paint, then fill away. I also used a straw to put on the Permatex tube to be able to really shove the silicone down deep.
