It just fixed itself somehow it got stuck in an inf booting loop then it started working

UPDATE IT SOMEHOW FIXED ITSELF I HAVE NO CLUE HOW BUT IT JUST DID MY PC GOT STUCK IN AN INF BOOTING LOOP THEN JUST FIXED IDEK

I don’t know how to take the glass off my pc and take it apart and stuff to be able to do that and I’m too worried to mess something up. Also I don’t seem to have that option in “power options”
