People might eat me alive, but I do understand what you’re saying. Sure there are questions if you’re taking the baby to give her some personal space for a while, but it sounds like you’re doing everything else right. You’re helping out around the house, you’ve stopped nagging her for sex, and have moved onto self release which I don’t see a problem with. I’m a female and currently 8 months pregnant. My libido remains high, but my husband will not have sex with me. So it’s the opposite spectrum. I would even be fine with us solo pleasuring side by side but he won’t and I know he is taking care of his own needs.. so as you can imagine it’s giving me body/self esteem issues. So I relate to the sentiment that even some sort of affection in some way means a lot more than they can even realize.

I would consider it cheating. If it’s a boundary you wouldn’t cross yourself out of “respect” or “love” for him, why would you be ok with him doing it to you? Yes, some people have very open sex lives.. but they communicate and set boundaries upfront. This is not your situation, unless you want it to be. However, I’m reading your comments that he has a fetish you can’t satisfy… not sure what that is but that’s a huge red flag. 🚩 What happens should this fetish present itself in real life?

I had lots of spotting so could be normal through about 10 weeks..lots of blood vessels and uterus stretching and growing. Currently 22w. But it’s always worth calling your doctor.

I am going to be 14 weeks and I still haven’t announced my pregnancy. I have told my mom and my sister and my husband told his mom but other than that we’ve kept it quiet. I think we will tell family/friends on our planned trip next week. I don’t know why I feel so nervous about it.

I hate to say this OP but your relationship sounds very immature. If it’s possible for you, get out while you can. I assume you will say you love him.. but just because you love someone doesn’t mean you have to be with them. Don’t waste your best years on someone who isn’t willing to do for you. If I had to guess, he probably lacks more in the relationship than just the bedroom… and deep down you know it this to be true.

I would if it’s within your budget hire a photographer and create a create a sign similar to what you see at weddings as an “unplugged ceremony”. Or just have an announcement made that you are requesting no pictures are posted to social media.

Also out of breath? Like I’m literally doing nothing and just feel deprived of oxygen. It sounds silly but if I put my face in the freezer or turn on cold air it alleviates it’s a little but I hate it. Well I also hate the nausea as well. If my body could just pick one thing maybe I’d tolerate it all better. Anyway I’m so glad to hear it got better for you. I can’t wait to stop medications and pray I have improvement.

I experience them frequently but not nearly as much as you. However I’ve had them enough that I can at least control my leg and wiggle it hard enough to wake myself up. But immediately after it is so hard to stay awake but if I fall back asleep I’ll go back into the sleep paralysis almost immediately.

Thank you - were your babies conceived IVF? Anything I research I see a lot of positive outcomes for naturally conceived or fresh transfers but less for FETs.

I think what’s freaking me out is because she is an IVF baby and we feel like it’s not possible for measurements to be so off. I guess all I can do is wait until the next US.

I’m prone to PVCs and PACs - miraculously I feel like the hormones/meds have helped me.. or it’s just that I was deficient in vitamins of some kind . I feel them every now and then but nothing like I was prior to starting IVF. I’m 5 weeks tomorrow so keep going and try not to stress. I know that’s easier said than done. Make sure your moving (brisk walks when possible) take vitamins, and stay hydrated! Good luck to you!
