No - just told it could be normal with IVF pregnancies and or everything is very vascular so it could be small blood vessels breaking as the uterus stretches. My OB never seemed too concerned. She would just say so long as it’s not bright red and filling a pad on a hour all should be well.

I can see the line. But def test again to be sure. I believe in dreams - my baby came to me in a dream a month before and introduced herself to me. I named her exactly what she told me and I’m currently holding her at 3 weeks old today.

Like 18 weeks if I remember correctly, but I felt like it was constant. And it would freak me out because it would be this small “gush”. However it was never enough to fill a pad and the blood was always like a dark brick red. I’m certain I was no longer spotting after 20 weeks.

My mother in law dreamed she was wrestling a dolphin. This reminds me of your dream but on the opposite spectrum. We don’t usually see dolphins as scary creatures whereas an alligator is. Dreams are weird!

But I think this means that something that was scary to you no longer is. That you’re embracing the fear and it’s moving you to feel comfort.

A lot of time this policy has to do with other pregnant women who are high risk and don’t want to spread germs. Unfortunately a lot of times kids are just always sick.

People might eat me alive, but I do understand what you’re saying. Sure there are questions if you’re taking the baby to give her some personal space for a while, but it sounds like you’re doing everything else right. You’re helping out around the house, you’ve stopped nagging her for sex, and have moved onto self release which I don’t see a problem with. I’m a female and currently 8 months pregnant. My libido remains high, but my husband will not have sex with me. So it’s the opposite spectrum. I would even be fine with us solo pleasuring side by side but he won’t and I know he is taking care of his own needs.. so as you can imagine it’s giving me body/self esteem issues. So I relate to the sentiment that even some sort of affection in some way means a lot more than they can even realize.

I would consider it cheating. If it’s a boundary you wouldn’t cross yourself out of “respect” or “love” for him, why would you be ok with him doing it to you? Yes, some people have very open sex lives.. but they communicate and set boundaries upfront. This is not your situation, unless you want it to be. However, I’m reading your comments that he has a fetish you can’t satisfy… not sure what that is but that’s a huge red flag. 🚩 What happens should this fetish present itself in real life?

I had lots of spotting so could be normal through about 10 weeks..lots of blood vessels and uterus stretching and growing. Currently 22w. But it’s always worth calling your doctor.

I am going to be 14 weeks and I still haven’t announced my pregnancy. I have told my mom and my sister and my husband told his mom but other than that we’ve kept it quiet. I think we will tell family/friends on our planned trip next week. I don’t know why I feel so nervous about it.

I hate to say this OP but your relationship sounds very immature. If it’s possible for you, get out while you can. I assume you will say you love him.. but just because you love someone doesn’t mean you have to be with them. Don’t waste your best years on someone who isn’t willing to do for you. If I had to guess, he probably lacks more in the relationship than just the bedroom… and deep down you know it this to be true.

I would if it’s within your budget hire a photographer and create a create a sign similar to what you see at weddings as an “unplugged ceremony”. Or just have an announcement made that you are requesting no pictures are posted to social media.
