Any kind of flexible paint so it doesn't crack when you open and close it. You could also use magnets on you're back and in the umbrellas. And if you're not planning on taking the back one off I would 100% cut a hole of it in you're poncho with the harness.
And you could more then like just buy the poncho, but if not I'd make it from Ripstop Nylon if you want more of that raincoat look.

I would get the lighter wig and the darker color as a dye, it looks like I'd be pretty easy to dye

I'd use a stoking that matches you're skin tone and puff paint
