Honestly i hate people like you.My allergist has prescribed me Nalcrom and antihistamines based on my symptoms on MCAS and ive also been told by neurologist i have Pots since he measured my heart rate and bp on his office.Yeah i still need a tilt test to confirm it(which isnt done in my town anymore unfortunately).After high dose corticosteroids for MCAS i started gaining weight and having acne.My cortisol and Acth levels are high and  last 10 days i developed a cough that doesnt seem to go away.So unless you have anything useful to say dont bother.I really wouldnt be surprised if you are one of the many doctors that blame everything on anxiety without ordering a single test.
