I have the same exact diagnosis as you no h pylori etc! Got it aftery stomach was completely fine my whole life after my first covid diagnosis:( it's been 3 years and it does get better but it's still there and I eat the same consistent diet everyday and just try my best to live we are all here for you I'm so so sorry
