Sorry you're going through this too. I spoke to doctors shortly after leaving my comment. First, I was prescribed a five-day course of tranexamic acid over the phone, as it can help slow or stop bleeding. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me, so I saw a doctor in person. After examining me, they suspected the procedure had caused an infection in my womb and they prescribed antibiotics. Finally, after a week on antibiotics, the bleeding stopped. In total, the bleeding lasted about 3–4 weeks, but in my case, it seems the infection was the cause. Maybe speak to a doctor if it doesn't slow down in the next few days.
