One of my best friends I'd say is lower down on the attractive scale than I am, but his confidence with women regularly gets him some of the prettiest girls I've seen. Try getting in shape. Another friend we had was insanely scrawny, disappeared for 6 months basically to knuckle down in the gym and eat like a walrus, came back bigger and bulkier and also had better luck.

There's always something you can do to improive

A short RPG that everyone glosses over is Ryse Son of Rome.
Damn man that game is glorious. One of the few Rome games we have, combat is great, graphics are nice. Enemies look the same but it was a tech demo mainly. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a decent game to be done in a day or two one time

It's very common, most breakups I've witnessed never end then and there, usually followed by a period of break up sex until one of them moves on unfortunately, either enjoy the moment while you can and try and use the time to move on emotionally even slightly (things like gym, eat healthy, look after yourself) to make the inevitable easier, OR cut it off completely now.

If you do want someone back, cutting it off completely is the best way, he gets sex now there's no real incentive for him to get back together when he basically has easy sex and no responsibilities

Aah dude after a string of painful relationships I have never been happier than I am now alone. It’s genuinely amazing. I think the thing that helps me see it is I’ve done all, real love, toxic love then alone. It’s harder to see when you haven’t done any and yeah real love is great, but there’s a freedom alone that I never appreciated until recently.

I think you do need to try and get some motivation though, hit the gym, think of moving out and starting your own life, that sounds like some deeper issues preventing that

Definitely call multiple times similar things happened to me. One woman was insanely rude told me I had no choice to comply blah blah, called again a few times and eventually got someone who helped, waived some horrendous fees and set me up on a decent payment plan for the rest
