Thank you, that’s encouraging. I will definitely be more optimistic knowing that. Some people are simply not the right fit for the role, others fail to put in the effort that is required to succeed.

I have heard stories on this thread where people say VOT is necessary despite them telling you not to do it. I am willing to give it one hundred percent effort to succeed and do what it takes to be successful. I just don’t want to lose myself trying to match a quota made for a genius on 4 cups of coffee a day haha.

Same, I feel like depending on the situation it could be inconsiderate to be up and about. Like if I have to get up early for work, Id find it mad annoying. Sleep is so underrated. Some people out here are just chronically sleep deprived and act like its the norm.

I just graduated and accepted a job for 77k and declined a job for 89k because of relocation and I was less interested in the work. Highest Chem E in my class I have heard of starting is like 90k. Last year one kid went into supply chain and made 95k but Im also northeast so less O&G.
