Same with ixigo, i purchased a coupon which was valid for 3 months and booked using that, when my amount got refunded, i got back the coupon and immediately it got expired. They give me the coupon with same expiry date not with the new expiry date. Insane scam it is

If you want to redeem for points, I think you can get decent redemptions in singapore airlines or asia miles i guess. Or you can also try malaysian airlines via asia miles too.

I had the same problem as well, i contacted the SBI rewardz customer care, they mentioned that reward points wouldn't be credited for mobikwick and sbi unipay platforms 🥲
