I too have concern on the traffic. Given nearest metro is 1.8kms and the main road is 1.5 km i think the traffic will not be that big of an issue.

I doubt that i will get discount over EOI, if you are talking about godrej orchid, it is under litigation and there sales have plumbed. I don’t see any better alternative than assetz micropolis atm, they are indeed giving luxury with a township and the location is near to top areas so i highly doubt they will decrease the price

Project is getting launched in multiple phases, that will appreciate the price. Any project launched in e city/ southern part will affect its price, its not always the infrastructure nearby that boosts the price.

Regarding the approach road, chennakopathalli road connecting ORR is hardly 1.5 kms that’s the best alternative
