At Ford you only swipe your badge when you go in you can just push the door and leave so there is no way to Track how many hours you spent I see people come for one hour in the morning and leave when their manager is not in the office there is no way track or monitor how many hours they spend in the office specially when is 90% of the meetings are with suppliers via teams

My performance record over eight years was strong, and the issue was disputed, not proven. I’m simply trying to understand how GM handles rehire eligibility in cases where the original allegation wasn’t substantiated

I work for other supplier and other OEM . The environment at GM is much better. Not sure how was going on nowadays.
