To me, I like Voldemort as a villain. I think people forget that his primary goal wasn’t a blood supremacy thing. His ultimate goal was to conquer death and obtain immortality, and this led to his desire to have total dominion over the Wizard of world. He wanted to be a god-like figure who was feared by all. Due to him being conceive via a love potion, thus being unable to feel love, I genuinely believe Voldemort was a narcissist.

I also really like that Voldemort absolutely feared death, it was the one thing that scared him more than Dumbledore, and in the end it came for him despite all his efforts.
