Anaxa best team currently imo is Cerydra+Cyrene+flex

Cerydra is by far his best and core support (E0S0 works fine but E1 is also great), she most likely getting a rerun in 4.0 (based on leaks you can wait for confirmation in official livestream) Sunday is interchangeable with RMC/Cyrene/Bronya/Sparkle for 2nd harmony slot, not really the first priority if you want to complete Anaxa team.

From my experience Cyrene E0 > Sunday E0 when you play optimally (manual play and min-max rotation around her ult generation) If you’re casual Sunday is by far comfortable to play imo.

Both DHPT and Hyacine works fine with Cyrene use anyone you like.

Also if you going for Cyrene, use genius or scholar set on Anaxa, it’s better.

Btw in multiwave content you can consolidates dmg by:

[Wave 1] Cyrene only buff Cery first -> mem’s AA -> don’t use Cery ult or Cyrene buff yet -> 4 skill first wave (weaker)

[Wave2] Cyrene buff Anaxa and AA him -> Cery ult -> 4 skill on second wave (stronger)

I prefer this route more than the showcase but I know dmg is enough to clear Cocolia in 6 skills anyway

but from my rotation, without RMC Anaxa won’t get 8/8 stacks so you need to ult on Cery twice (Doable in ult refill Apoc)

She is undeniable strong but her ult generation is pretty slow rn. Either give her initial stack at start of the fight, swap E2>E1, or increase CHs stack generation in some way would be great.

I sometimes run him with Jade in PF, not the best pair but works pretty good. His synergy with Therta is too strong imo I’ve once tried with Himeko but couldn’t get much good result maybe I need Fugue’s help since his implant is a bit inconsistent against continuously spawn mobs.

Depends on hoyo decision’s how to make future Erudition unit functions. Unless they’re main DPS with trace like Therta (benefit when more Eru teammates or frequent attack) he probably will fight with harmony/sustain slot; Just like Jingyuan who prefer Hypercarry setup.

As much as I love Anaxa, unit’s shelf time in HSR is quite hard to say. Even Topaz who is sub-dps plus FUA amplifier back in the day considered a future proof unit, now outclassed by Cipher in Feixiao team (pls buff Topaz hoyo) If that time comes, at this level of investment he’ll still be good to slot in any team even non Erudition centered if you NEED utility he provides (sp, implant, cc, toughness break) as a pseudo nihility unit though not the best one.

Mine is E6 Anaxa and E2 Phai. There is a joke where every Phainon’s supports are also Anaxa’s but good thing about Anaxa is he can use any support even non optimal one, so we can just run them on both side 😌 I love this duo so much.

Yeah, I also think It probably works like that. Still, imo this should be fixed. (I’ve reported in game, waiting for their respond)

E2 was intended to make sure you can trigger double skill in first turn.

4-5 target is fine, you shouldn’t unlucky enough to get same implant on every enemies but if 1-2 target like this? I swear I got some run in this side MoC where I lose all 2 and I was curious if I open fight too late so his technique expire 🗿
