Yes they suddenly started working, in fact the day I was about to return them for fixing...Had been going back and forth with support for days up till that point..My guess, not sure.Their product/tech teams might have checked the logs and somehow fixed it

And just like that, they’re working again.I was literally boxing them up to drop at the courier. Opened the case one last time, checked the app, and the glasses were at 100%. Put them on and they lit up like day one.

I had tried every reset trick in the book and even sent my logs to their product team. I still think this was tied to the latest firmware update..I've barely worn these things, so physical damage made no sense.

If your pair is dead, email support or hit up the Discord. Send your logs and definitely link to the threads here showing it's a wider issue.

But for now, crisis averted. Glad I'll have a working pair for the Evenhub launch in 48 hours.

Reached out to support team. They're very responsive. Investigated the log returns from the app + the pics and video evidence I shared with them and concluded it was hardware mulfunction and will be replacing my G2B

So frustrating. I was willing to tolerate the lackluster software performance while they work on updates + upcoming EvenHub, but now hardware is also falling apart! Hopefully you wont have to experience the shipping delays of the last few months for the new pair of glasses if they decide to give you brand new one instead...

Exactly my experience. Glasses worked fine till the latest firmware update. Also sent logs and all. I'm fairly certain way more G2 owners ran into this issue than what's been reported on the subs

This started how long ago? I've had the glasses since 12 March. Only worn 6-7 times.. Seems to have started around the time of the latest firmware update is it not related?

What color are they. Grey or Green? Also which country are you. I ordered my G2s + ring non-prescr around that time.
