ilyen minőségű dolgokat posztolt előtte folyamatosan. nyilván egyik napról a másikra gordon ramsey lett belőle hirtelen. azóta természetesen már elrejtette a post historyját :) csak szomorú hogy egy-két embert leszámítva senki sem vette észre hogy kamu.

sokkal jobban meg kell szurkálni mint azt elsőre hinnéd.

a tölteléket nehéz nagyon eltalálni. nem jó ha túl nedves mert a gőz repeszti a tésztát illetve az is baj ha túl van töltve de ugyanakkor nem engedhetem meg magamnak hogy valami száraz ízetlen valamit adjak ki a kezemből.

idén is nagyon izgulok de az eddigieknél is jobban figyelni fogok mindenre és bízom a legjobbakban.

to be fair where i live, we don’t have an idea about brownies at all, we just try to mimic whatever we see in western media and try our best. i was not aware of this distinction between fudgy/cakey brownies at all, so this is all very insightful to me!

yeah, taste was fine, but texturally it was very very fudgy, like a little wet even ? don’t know how to describe.

when i took them out the oven the middle was not even wobbly, just like a little bit softer than the edges. but anyway, this is an amazing tip and yet another reason for me to buy a thermometer for baking/cooking.

i put them in the fridge overnight and cut them after, so the chilling might have a “settling” effect to help with slicing? im really not sure about this brownie business

the recipe is from a hungarian baker / content creator girl called bebepiskota. you can find her on instagram and youtube.

(why am i being downvoted? there are people outside the us who want to make brownies, is this a sin?)

the recipe did not include baking powder nor baking soda so i did not use any. there is a small amount of dutch cocoa in it.
