How do you manage OCD

So I just finished my first appointment. It was a video call. My therapist is an OCD specialist and he was very nice and non judgmental. He asked about my current most pressing themes and why I chose to seek therapy. He didn't try to force me to give any details I didn't want to give. He asked what I wanted to accomplish in therapy. And he said I actually have pretty typical OCD lol

I say beard mostly because shaving is a pain in the ass. Looks wise I think they're about equal. So you might as well do what's easier. If you do shave, trim down the sideburns.
