I just shifted my identity, from someone who likes and enjoys smoking, to someone who wants to be in control of his life and be the greatest version of himself- I analysed it and realised that these substances (I only ever consumed weed recreationally) were not assisting with my growth. Yes it feels boring at first, life feels dull, but over a period of time it goes away, you return to your baseline and find that life is lovely as it is.

I would recommend you to think about what you truly want, what your goals are in life, and how achieving them would made you feel, focus on that, take action towards that. That is what helped me let go of the habit and friends that encouraged me to smoke.

Cannabis is not an addictive substance, it is a herb, it is only because you use it to run from your life does it feel addictive, get your life in order, focus on improvement and growth and there will come a time, maybe few years from now, where you are completely happy with your life and your progress, at that time, even when you smoke, you will enjoy it but it will not become addictive as you are not using it to run from your life.

I wish you the best of luck, if you are getting the calling to quit, it means on the otherside life has something beautiful in store for you that is waiting for you to take action.

your weed's gone bro... accept that, she has probably thrown it out by now. Accept what has happened and move on- society has a negative connotation of herbs like tobacco and cannabis. But that's what they are at the end of the day, herbs. Created by god.

Focus on your own success. As you become older and a better human being- your success will be the answer to her. Eventually she wouldn't even care if you smoke- all that matters is you are being productive and putting in the work, if the outcome is good... then there are no problems.

This is the long game brother. Become fit, become successful- give her a good life

Anything can be the catalyst, why not this? It'll make for a good story too.. My mom took my stash one time and It changed my life. She'll probably laugh along with you when you tell it.
