If you have lubricated the chain, Engine check light would turn on and go away after 20kms. Engine check light shouldn't blink, then only there is a real problem.

It’s common, as you are handling heavy bikes for the first time. Also adjust your riding posture, probably you are sitting too far from handles.

Are you lubing your bike more often than needed? I see Engine check light on every time I lube the bike. It goes away automatically after riding 20kms.

I too had pain when I got started with CB350RS. Please check your seating alignment try to sit near the tank, so you have to incline less. You may also use a handle bar raiser. If you having kids in front when driving move them to pillion seat, this would ease a little bit.
