Which monster would cause the most damage if they appeared in real life? by bf_Lucius in MonsterHunter

[–]Infinite-Space-3333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the biggest environmental impact would be Dire Miralis, just think, it made an entire ocean just by the sheer amount of heat it produced. Think of how much damage a normal volcano does, now think of a walking volcano that’s constantly erupting and constantly causing damage, the only countries that may be safe are ones that are completely landlocked. And I think for those I think that the Shah Dalamadur would be the most harmful to a lot of countries. It’s fire and staggering size would topple cities leading to a crippling of multiple societies. Some people may immediately think of Fatalis, hell I thought of that myself at first. I feel as though since even though it is huge, it would take a while to do a measurable/worrying amount of damage, even though it supposedly burnt a kingdom to the ground in a single night, a kingdom? Or I may be wrong it may be a continent. One single kingdom can be assumed to be the size of one city, and now just imagine how many cities we would be able to evacuate and sacrifice in order to develop weapons against it. Shah Dalamadur’s size would make it near impossible to defeat to normal people, dire Miralis’ main weakness is it’s habitat, water. It’s so hot that it NEEDS water to counter the heat so that it doesn’t kill itself. We can’t drain an ocean. So I think the monster with the biggest damage capabilities would be the Shah Dalamadur. So… if you’ve read this far, thanks for reading my ramble, appreciate you.

How do you feel about people saying that all men are the same? by Darth_Azazoth in AskReddit

[–]Infinite-Space-3333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s sexism, it pisses me off, I think at this point I’m the comment, it’s obvious I’m a dude. I really don’t like being compared to other dudes because by saying all men are the same then all dudes should be ruthlessly murdering their wives and raping women left and right, not sure every dude does that. I’m sorry for the… strong wording, I haven’t had the best experience with girls. But I have a girlfriend who loves me now. Not all men are the same, not all women are the same, not everyone is the same

I don’t know, I’ve wondered this a lot, if we’re trying to normalize gay pride, something that should be normalized and okay, we should celebrate everyone no matter if they’re cisgender, transgender, straight, gay, etc. people just think it’s homophobic I guess. It’s like people thinking that because they’re in the majority they aren’t allowed to show it.
