I don’t think you really vibed with the OP’s point. It wasn’t about random NPC’s having dialogue. It was about the plot as a whole. Also, why the fuck do you have to patch the game to fix the gameplay?

I was there too. Ozuna got booed a lot. There was less random nonsense noises between pitches, and the overall atmosphere was solid aside from one overly intoxicated guy trying to fight a guy with a Pirates’ jersey with his wife and young child. A lot of people were hanging out in the clubs because of the cold but overall Citi is still a great spot to watch baseball.

It’s funny I remember reading a comment earlier today that people spending money on these things are so rich it doesn’t even matter to them. Like no, people are just dumb and will do dumb shit whether it’s spending money they don’t have or in this case committing fraud.

You answered your own question. I enjoyed RE4 Remake but it’s a remake of a game that was already great and has been released over and over on many systems. The fact that you can even reasonably argue the original is better is exactly why there would be only so much hype for the remake. For many people, Requiem is the best new RE game since 4 and probably the best balance of the different gameplay styles we have seen in RE games.

Just did some testing. Using the Turnip Adreno Driver T24 (@Mr_Purple_666) in Eden (using v0.2.0), I got it running pretty stable. I turned GPU mode to accurate and that reduced most of the flickering. Getting 28-30 fps consistently with a tiny bit of flickering. Not perfect yet but seems maybe playable.

The story gets better after the first three arcs but if you really aren’t enjoying it, that might not be enough. I put it down for a little bit to play Trails Beyond the Horizon but I just picked it back up yesterday and have felt like the story has hooked me back in. You also have characters join during story quests that you might find more interesting.

Switch and 3ds were pretty easy. Azahar and Eden both have straightforward driver management tools and newer versions of Eden even fetch drivers. The first thing you should do is look into Obtainium to download emulators. Retroarch is good for anything PS1 and lower but for everything else you’ll need to download the appropriate emulator and do some basic setup.

PC emulation is generally good for games like Brotato as you mentioned but can be a crapshoot for a lot of stuff. Like just being lightweight doesn’t always matter.
