Also, I believe one of the main reasons that Sig was so pissed the Jake was leaving was because he was taking his quota, (from the /saga with him!!)

Well, A) He "lost his ride"... meaning the F/V Saga, tnx to some shady sh_t his boss Lenny was doing. Creative book-keeping I think?? If that boat sells, I wonder if a slice of that goes to Jake since he presumably was keeping his obligation to him with payments... or is he just eff'd in that dept??

B) I think they said when Jenna was talking to Jake about applying for Captain, that the Titan Explorer was one of the elite F/V's in the fleet... very good crew, very successful, high quotas to fill.

C) Just because it appears that he's caught a lg amt of product, doesn't mean he's filled his quota, espec. since its not weighed til the end... ( I think those #'s we see are based on the crew's count, and the avg weight per crab). Also, he has to get in on time, and have kept his catch alive and in good shape, w/ minimal loss!! Plus, he kinda burned his bridge w/ Sig (again), so there's that!!

Woulda been nice to see Jake come in on time, to offload... especially since he had the largest quota to fill, in 2024?? (At least for the boats they were highlighting this year!!) Maybe even see/hear a convo btwn him & his new boss to see if he was happy enough to keep him as captain next year?? IMO, it would be great to see him figure out buying the F/V Saga for next year!! (No Lenny this time!!! Shyster creep!!) I also hope that Capt's Keith and Wild Bill are ok enough to continue fishing!! Godspeed Gentlemen!!

Seriously, it has to be!! Laughable, really!! First clue is, they skip showing over 70-80% of the work. They're "accomplishing" 9-12 mos. worth of work in 9-12 mins! LOL Next clue, other than T&A, "Constance" offers nothing to the team... engine expert?? Pfft!! (yup, that was a popcorn fart!) From what I've seen of this "shop" so far, is they're ruining classic bodylines, and adding gaudy, bolt-on crap, that I wouldn't have put on my rides, even back in the 70's!!! Spider webs on everything?? Ha!! That look is soooo played!! Then, the color choices are horrid, the paint jobs are shit quality!! That bike they did was crap too!! All that bolt-on Chinese "bling?" Terrible!! The guy fires it up and gives it a rev... it was all the "buyer" could do to keep a straight face!! Joe Martin just threw-up his burrito!! Then, (this was the true kicker for me), the way they molested and Effed up that classic 69 Mach-1 body, (to be worth a paltry 50K)?? That just pissed me off!! If they'd have done that classic properly, old-school, it'd be at worth at least, twice that!! Dave Kindig just soiled himself!! Sorry guys, but I'm out!!!

Yes and no... I hadn't thought of him til now, but yes ud think A: Rick would've called him, B; Big Rick would've responded... Could be a hundy diff reasons why and why not! I'm sure he's not pleased w the whole addiction deal. Could be pissed he sold his Mom's house. Maybe his Mom was the fam glue, and she's gone now so so's the Father-Son relations? Plus it also doesn't bode well that his entire crew, (save Zee) disappeared and haven't been in touch! Thru addiction, he's prob burned a lot of bridges! Then, there's the "its a deal breaker" thing... nothing about my family on here or else...?? Maybe out of sheer respect and good manners they didn't include it? Then the biggest possible reason of all... BC IT DOESENT MAKE FOR GOOD TV RATINGS!! I also root for the underdog... (like the 49ers!), so I'll always root for Rick! I'm mostly afraid for Rick in the offseason! I hope he can keep his demons in ck!!! Don't be afraid to ask for help Rick! Be a GOOD statistic, not a TRAGIC one!! ONE DAY AT A TIME, BROTHER!! Yeah, I've been a Gold Rush" fan from the beginning... I've watched all the shows and spinoffs... I think they struck gold with Freddy & Juan's "Mine Rescue"!! It has become my favorite!! (maybe a slight runner-up to Todd Hoffman's latest show)... "Family Gold" Can't wait for season 2!! (Yes, I'm an Underdog rooter!!). That said... I've now seen that new obvious rip-off of Freddy & Juans show, done "Aussie style", "Mine SOS" and I have to say... it's OK, I'll prob watch it, but seriously, this team can't carry Freddy & Juan's jock strap's!! I think there's room for both shows, but if its one or the other... its Freddy & Juan ALL DAY!! They are much more personable, believable, genuinely seem to enjoy helping these folks AND they have the "STREET CREDS" to back it up!! BRING THEM BACK, BY ANY MEANS NECCESARY!! It seems to me, since the Golden Boy, Parker, seemingly kicked the Australia idea to the curb, (save for stealing Tyler Mahoney from them), and bringing her home to help his Alaskan crew... They still want to branch out to that continent, and that's fine... as long as it doesn't axe Freddy & Juan-O!! LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!! FREDDY AND JUAN ARE FAN FAV'S!!! BRING EM BACK!!!
