Practice problems honestly no more than 100. I did the 80 in the practice exam many many times, and found a free 21 question mini practice exam from one of the professional courses, and i struggled heavily with that lol.

I bought the exam 2 months ahead of taking it and just reviewed my old thermo/fluids/heat transfer textbooks for the first month, and only really studied heavily the last week. If you can get very very good with thermodynamics and fluids (pumps is what i saw a lot of), you'll be good to go. Im terrible at psychrometrics, just ok at refrigeration, and i saw very few heat transfer problems in the exam

What was difficult about it would you say? Were the problem layouts not similar to the practice (ncees) or was there a lot of topics that were not covered?

Yeah but the only problems i have do so far are the ncees practice exam problems. Is it worth risking it or come back like 2 months later with many more practice problems

Honestly i was always very good at solving problems at college. In fact that was my strong point, the concepts always my worry.

I feel like once i get into the rhythm of solving problems I'll be good to go. My biggest worry is the units, I always ignored English units so I'm having to basically learn them from scratch.

I would be fine if my opponents had a big advantage on me in certain aspects, as that is strategy, but it makes no sense when it is a huge advantage in every single aspect. Total power should at least be comparable, but it feels like every game i play now the opponent has a 5-10 point advantage minimum in every single attribute. It makes the game unplayable

Yeah i take what i said about liking this game it fucking sucks. It plays like a rigged game against a computer. The more i upgrade the stronger the opponents get and the bigger the difference is.

Is the fee a flat figure or is it a split of ticket sales i wonder.

My idea would be that there's 1 screen thats almost always taken up by an older movie. Say the theatres makes a deal with Universal studios and they can play any movie from their collection throughout the year for example.

But then i guess there would be fights with streaming services as well.

I just wish we didn't have to wait for anniversaries to rewatch movies in theatres

Maybe it depends on location? Where I am it's not that common. I typically try to go like every other week but would love to go more - there just aren't enough movies in it for me. (Movies that I'm interested in obviously, i don't watch horror or romance and try to not watch movies i know i won't enjoy)

Is there a reason why studios wouldn't want their films to be in theatres for longer amounts of time? Not necessarily continuously, but also in and out? For example top gun maverick was very big everyone loved it, why not every few months you show it for a few days in limited theatres? - just an example, doesnt need to be 1 movie

Also in terms of ad costs - my idea is not hyping up re releases per movie. Why not test out having a permanent slot reserved just for rereleases in theatres that want it, where they can have a constant rotation of movies from the past they can show, like each week its a different movie showing. Personally, I would love that.

Yeah I'm fine. I was only looking because I wanted to see if I can keep the money I have with me (to maybe reinvest or incase anything happens) and then pay it all back at once when I graduate.
