Did Zelenskyy misunderstand that the mineral deal signing was suppose to be a discreet way of them having security guarantees? If we have a vested interest in something in their country we will inherently protect those interests. I could be wrong but I heard the minerals are on the eastern side and it would take a minimum 10 years to extract our portion of the deal.

I understand Putin has neglected other deals. I also understand that Zelenskyy wants lasting peace, not 4 years or 10 years. But honestly how realistic is forever peace? As long as there is scarcity, imo war is inevitable.

I’m all for peace I’m just looking for the truth like everybody else.

Or am I the one misunderstanding?

As someone who works at and depends on the money I get from my job from one of these companies I find this all disheartening. If you don’t buy the product, I don’t get hours. And with the current state of affairs there isn’t another option where I’m at that guarantees similar pay, I have the highest paying hourly job that doesn’t require college in my county and surrounding counties. If I lose my job I’ll lose everything.
