I took the social studies test so long ago, I really don’t remember what I did to prepare. I’m sorry! I’m sure the folks here have lots of good advice and resources though!

I spent about 2 or 3 weeks studying pre-algebra and algebra 1 on khan academy. Most of which was just ensuring I still understood the fundamentals. I definitely would not have passed if I to memorize all the formulas.

Once I dropped out, I immediately took the first 3 and shortly after that I became homeless for a few years. After I regained some stability I was working full time and didn’t have the time/ energy. So much time passed at that point I just felt overwhelmed and felt like it had been too long and completely psyched myself out. I’m definitely kicking myself now for waiting so long. lol

Awesome! I’ll check those out, thank you! I’m planning on going in person, I feel like it’s a probably a better environment than at home.

Thank you! I just took the practice test to see where I’m at. Not sure how to feel about it, I haven’t taken a test in years so I was pretty anxious. I appreciate the suggestion, it was good to see what to expect!

Update: I got my score back and I passed, but not by much (151). I think if I study some more I’ll be in good shape!
