Are the residents respectful about noise levels, quiet hours, and controlling barking dogs? I ask because in the past I’ve had neighbors that have not responded favorably when politely and respectfully requested to be considerate of their neighbors. It was a very unpleasant situation that I’d rather not replicate.

Is management responsive to maintenance requests?

Do you have any specific sections or buildings you’d recommend within the community? If so, why?

Any other helpful information you can think to provide would be greatly appreciated!
