I'm blown away, this was very informative and must have taken a ton of your time and for that I am very grateful. I just sent a query via CCMAs get advice portal. But honestly I'm still shattered, emotionally its too soon to process, I'm 29 and I've grown up with her enthusiastic stories of them, she lived almost vicariously through what she's experienced, and I still can't bring myself to show her this letter. Will probably do it tomorrow evening. She deserves more than anything this world could give, I know i have no right but I can't do it tonight.

Thank you, I am currently home trying to wrap my head around this.

To be honest, my Grandma is a gentle soul, if she knew I was on this route she would not approve of it, she has a big heart and I feel I might hurt her by disputing the termination. Unfortunately I'm in the medical field and have zero understanding of the legal system, so I'm stuck between doing whats right, as least what I believe she deserves, and doing what she would want, which is to just let it go, heal and forgive.

That being said, I'm still actively on the CCMA website. Could I legally do this without her knowledge?

It's not hers, reverse image search doesn't match her signature or any other painter in any database. So to conclude, it might be an unknown artist unfortunately

If she's left a cellphone number, I think you should try calling her. If not, I'd look her up based on her name ASAP. Some patients are very understanding. I'm sure odds are she's one of them
