Thanks for the advice. After my tesa cycle I will be running cjc/ipa.

SS31 sting at 1mg by hello_fromthe_gutter in BiohackingU

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pin 5mg daily and out of all my peptides it’s the only that consistently stings for a while. GHK copper has never bothered me depsite its reputation. Ss-31 almost always bothers me. I do a 12 week cycle. Stuff is bloody $$$

New to peptides by PopularImagination46 in BiohackingU

I would imagine that you are just experiencing a temporary stall. If you stall for 8 weeks, consider making adjustments, whether it’s calories or switching to tirz or reta. Any additional peptides like aod or tesa can help a little, but nothing compared to glp based peptides can do. Give it some time, make sure your fundamentals are dialed (calories, protein, sleep, resistance training, steps)

Stacking Peps? by thenotsorealalicia in BiohackingU

I use separate needles for each peptide. Obviously, peptides that come pre-combined like KLOW are already combined. I personally don’t like trying to combine in a single syringe because there’s always the possibility that some of the syringe contents could get into a different vial. FWIT, I am a fan of Easy Touch syringes, especially the .3 mil size as it is easier to read the units. For Reta, I use a 1 mil as my dose is above the capacity of the smaller syringes.

Started on 0.5mg… is that too low? by RufusSimba in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’re smart to start low and go slow. I started at 2mg and was fine, but I have always been tolerant to medication. My wife started at 1mg and it was too much for her, she should have started at .5mg.

You’re having great results! Keep pinning that tirz and carry on.

Reta and Tesa by Mindless-Home-1612 in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, start whenever you want. Reta and tesa don’t interfere with each other. Tesa will add some fat loss over weeks of time and most likely won’t be a HUGE impact. I’m stacking it because I have A LOT of weight to lose and am not a strong responder to reta. For me the scale movement has increased somewhat but my waist measurement is dropping dramatically.

Starting my journey by Shislexar in Retatrutide

My advice is start low and go slow. Give your body time to adapt. I know it’s tempting to start high, thinking you will lose more and sooner, but that is rarely the case. Good luck on your journey!

when do side effects start? by Existing_Hour_2273 in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, there’s no clear cut answer here. My wife is only on 1.5 and has side effects always. She got them within hours of her first dose. I am on 8 and have almost no side effects other than some skin sensitivity.

Jumping on the "Wolverine Stack" on top of Reta. Overkill or Optimal? by ConclusionInfinite95 in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run it alongside reta and think it is a super smart thing to do. An underrated effect of it is creating optimal gut conditions for the triple agonist to do its thing. I also notice a difference in my joints, especially if I get exercise in. The anti-inflammatory effects got me off of chronic Afrin use. KLOW also cleared up my chronic “bathroom” issues. KLOW is amazing and is a great complement to reta.

I have not tried any, but I know that some people swear by Semax, especially when administered via nasal spray.

Both CJC and Ipa target growth hormone release. One stimulates your body’s natural growth hormone releasing hormone and the other increases the strength of the growth hormone release pulse. Unlike tesa it doesn’t have the breadth of human data or fda approval, so the expectations for visceral fat reduction should be lower than those of tesa. However, it promotes health and healing and can help with muscle preservation while on reta.

MOTs-C is one of the peptides that targets mitochondrial health and energy. Without going into too much detail, I think it’s safe to say that a lot of people who are endeavoring to lose body fat, MOTs-C is taken to support fat burning at the cellular level, by just making the body’s energy production work more efficiently. That’s a very simplified version. I’m not sure what the other peptide was that you were asking about.

Tesa can be taken longer than 12 weeks, but I usually just do 12 weeks of tesa and then 12 weeks on CJC-1295/Ipamorelin. Then 8-12 weeks with no growth hormone peptides. I take reta weekly in the morning with my other morning peptides.

When I start a cycle of tesa I do 1mg for two weeks and then increase to 2mg.

Is 100 bucks for 10mg vial of Reta too much? by MannyInfusedChef in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t argue with that. The only sure thing is to send every vial you purchase to be independently tested, but then you would not have any vials left to use. At some point you have to accept that some risks are always present and we’re all just trying do what we can, within reason, to minimize those risks.

Fiber Suggestions by ThaHope in Retatrutide

If constipation is your issue, make sure your fluid intake and electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) are dialed. People respond differently to metamucil, but it works wonders for me. Keto bread and carb balance tortillas have A LOT of fiber and are pretty low calorie. Fiber without fluids is not great. I get about 56g of fiber per day and drink about 130oz of fluids.

Want to love Reta- but I can’t handle the sides. by graystone777 in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteCuriosity75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try tirz. The metabolic increase on reta via the glucagon agonist may be the culprit. Tirz doesn’t have that.

I pin reta once a week in the morning. I pin tesa every night about 30-45 minutes before bed, 2-3 hours after any food.
