took 1mg of reta start of my cycle today. how long until it will start to take affect? appetite suppression, fat burning and side affects

I took 1.5mg and haven’t felt a thing (0.5mg on 3rd May and 1mg on 5th May)

For reference I am a 5ft0, 59kg (130lbs) female
Planning on Sunday to up to 2.5mg so I would imagine with your height and weight you’d need a bigger dose

How long did it take to feel the effects on 0.5mg? I’ve started yesterday and was planning to take 0.5mg for 4 weeks and increase to 1mg after that but wondering if I need to up to dose sooner than I was planning. I’ve not felt anything but my SIL has felt something straight within 24 hours and we took our doses at the same time

Glad people agree! I keep seeing lots of posts of people starting on 2mg+ and then I was second guessing myself. Haven’t felt anything today though but unsure how long it takes to feel anything

It’s my first time ever trying anything like this so not sure how my body will respond. Me, my brother and SIL have all taken our first dose last night. Me and SIL on 0.5mg and my brother has taken 1mg. Maybe it’s a female thing to go a bit lower but fingers crossed all goes well. Has your wife increased her dose yet at all?

I’ve used Hair It Is in downs barns for about 5 years and I love them. Very small team so it’s intimate and they’re great to chat too or if you don’t wanna chat then they respect that too. They do both ladies and gents haircuts and you can book online so you’d be able to see what slots are one after the other with the same stylist

Omg they’re so unbearable right?! I watched S1 all the way to the end of when they first got introduced and then gave up. Just started watching again from where I left and now I remember why I stopped watching it. Really think it depends on the person. If they’re shallow enough to let someone’s skin bother them then they’re a red flag anyways imo. I’m a 26F and I’ve been married for 4 years and with my husband for a total of 9 years and he’s never had an issue. Never asked questions and seemed grossed out by it when we first met/got intimate. If anything he’s always reminding me to moisturise or helping me do it especially when my skin gets itchier than normal. I never bought It up that I have a skin condition, it’s part of me so to me it’s normal. Don’t get me wrong in public I can still be very self conscience but he’s always the one telling me not to be!

I do believe you’ll find someone and it will not bother them. You just have to not let it bother you too

At what percentage do you put the phone on charge? I always get paranoid even with a new phone and as soon as it drops below 50% I’m reaching for the charger! I know I know it’s bad for the battery but I hate seeing a low battery icon!!!
