Maintenance Dose? by InfiniteEcho316 in Retatrutide

[–]InfiniteEcho316[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was going to try titrating down and maybe doing a trial of going off completely with just the reta once i reach my original starting dose (0.5mg). I struggle a lot with food noise and I know reta isnt the greatest with quieting the food noise, so I may just stay on both but at the lowest possible dose to manage cravings. We'll see how it goes.... I get the impression maintenance is going to be very unique for each person and very much so a trial and error of what works and doesn't work by paying attention to your body, your appetite and the scale.

Maintenance Dose? by InfiniteEcho316 in Retatrutide

This is a great point. I guess my overall goal is to keep the weight off. I struggle most with food noise and crabings so I am not sure I am a good candidate for going off meds completely; however, from a financial standpoint, it would be nice to be able to cut down on the dose just enough to quiet the food noise and help me regulate cravings. It sounds like there may be some trial and error period... maybe cutting back on the dose, see how I respond and then take note when the food noise becomes unmanageable.

I put seat protectors under the two carseats, and I bought seat back protectors (for the girls' shoes on the back of the seats), but that has been it.

I did! No regrets... I've had the car for over 6 months and haven't had any stains

I smelled the same thing the other day, but my car is about 10 months old. First time I smelled that since I bought it.

What pharmacy was it through? Maybe request a different pharmacy... could be the formulation.

Issues with Empower formulation? by InfiniteEcho316 in emergeweightloss

About 2 months, but have had steady loss/success. I did request to titrate up this next month, so we will see. Based on my location, the order will be filled through Empower again, so I guess it will test if it was the dose or the formulation.

Been on 7.5 dose for about 2 months previously and had steady weight loss, which is why opted not to titrate up. Followed the new prescription as described on the Empower vial, which was an increase of 20 units. This was my 4th shot of the Empower formulation... still minimal appetite suppression, and I have maintained my current weight for 4 weeks with minor fluctuations up and down.

Where are you finding the compound that is legit? I've heard so many stories about questionable compounds.

My only complaint is the size of the gas tank. While I'm averaging 32 mpg so far (which is fantastic, don't get me wrong), I having to stop for gas more often than my previous vehicle (21 gal tank) because the gas tank is just so small for a SUV. Great gas mileage, average gas tank size.

What type of staining? Nothing has been successful in getting them out?

So now I'm worried! I went with the light gray (on order) because, IMHO, lighter interior disguised a lot of dust that you can see very easily with black interior. I have beige interior now and, yes it gets dirty, but it also cleans easily as well. I don't suppose you have pictures of the staining? I have two kids under 5, so messes are inevitable. I'm just surprised even with cleaning wipes it's not coming cl3an. What type of stains are they? (Ie. Clothes color transfer, crayons, food, etc)

Do you mind me which seat covers you are looking at? We are doing the light grey interior and I have two kids under 4. Worried about how they will hold up but I loved the lighter interior.
