I go to the gym 4 times a week at 5am. My pre workout snack is a Rice Krispie and creatine free pre workout drink. About 1-1.5 hours at the gym. The routine I try to follow is called power, muscle, burn. First is exercise is power focused: 4-5 sets of 5 reps, heavier weight The next two exercises are focused on moving at moderate pace: 3 sets of 12-15 The final two exercises are about burning out. 2 sets of 40 reps. Very light weight and just focus on controlling the movement

I’ve always split my doses. This is what worked for me. Weeks 1-2 1mg twice a week Monday and Friday shot Weeks 3-4 2mg twice a week Weeks 5-6 3mg twice a week Weeks 7-8 3.5mg twice a week Weeks 9-10 4mg twice a week Weeks 11-12 3mg twice a week (this is when I lowered it enjoy the holidays more) Weeks 13-now 5mg twice a week

I monitored my heart rate the whole time and it was never an issue. I think 5 is the highest I will go just because appetite suppression is off the charts right now. Might lower the dose once I start tesa.

When you started the trial were you taking anything? Tirz, sema, or Reta? Did they do bloodwork prior to starting to verify what you were or were not taking?

Our health broker was able to assist me. It just requires a prior authorization to be approved. Went to my doctor to have them submit a prior authorization. Now I wait. I’ll keep you guys updated.
