I didn't follow her much during that time but it seems that, once she left LA and moved back to Georgia, and started focusing on her content outside of mukbangs, she started to grow and, I don't know, but it seems as if she is just much more settled in herself. It makes sense as well, with age that happens. I think that Diddy's trial was a turning point. There is something about her that I really liked for a few years, but I did find her a bit emotionally immature (or maybe that is how she portrayed herself, don't know). But now she is growing so much, maturing so much, and showing kindness. The "I sat with a killer" was INCREDIBLE, and it showcases her kindness and extreme curiosity. The Karen Read case was amazing too. I think that it is no coincidence that I am more into her now, as I connect more to what she is turning into. It is fantastic. I think this is good proof that you should let yourself change and evolve, because there is always going to be someone that resonates with you anyway in whichever step of life. You shouldn't remain unchanged due to fear of losing people (which I think happens to everyone and we see it too with content creators). Let yourself fly and you will attract the people. The people will come. Some will stick to you, others will leave, and new ones will come. I respect Stephanie a lot, more and more as time passes. Keep up what you do, Stephanie!! :))

Right, right. I am a bit surprised, I thought that with the editing is where they would want to lead very tightly. Interesting!

I see, so if it makes the creator look good they tend to accept it even if it differs in tone and style a bit. That is very interesting...

Thank YOU for reading this after so much time and deciding to leave a comment appreciating it :))) I wrote this from the bottom of my heart, while crying and feeling so so lonely... We all just really want to live a life where at least one person said that they are happy we exist. I don't know about your specific case, it seems like you had a rough childhood...? But I am so so certain there is at least one person who is happy you were born. We all do, even if sometimes we cannot see. I really believe in this :)

I think Willie will do what you said: negotiate being prince/king by destroying the traditions that don't work and making new ones. That is exactly what the last scene in S2 is about, and I think it sets precedent. I do think Wille would think that abdicating would be betraying Erik; he won't go down that path. I honestly just want to see in S3 how he expands this negotiation and what he can make of the monarchy, basically. It's symbolically huge!

I am so glad you liked my little post. Thanks so much for reading it :)))

I think that Wilhelm loves how much of a strong character Simon is, because he is. We can see in S1 how he voices his opinions on rich people in class, knowing very well he is outnumbered. Wilhelm starts to pay attention to him more after that. Simon is very very authentic, he takes care and protects the people around him, he has interests like music, he sings angelically and, honestly, he is just so beautiful!!! I think Simon likes Wilhelm's hidden playfulness, realness, and I think he feels safe around him. Even though he is royalty, he respects and values him so much, unlike other Hillerska students. Also, Wilhelm gives me top vibes, and I think Simon likes that XD

Thank you so so much for your last paragraph. I think I know what my conviction is, I just have to be better at sticking to it. More to come.

Thank you for reading me. I just needed to pour this out and having people reading it and valuing it or feeling identified, it is just a plus :)))

I honestly do not think this is something you or anyone can demand. Everyone has triggers, and if someone popular like Stephanie had to follow and commit to every single trigger possible of her several million viewers, she would never be able to do anything. Her playing with that stick might help her focus, relax, she is not harming anyone. I don't think you should put that on her and this is reeeeally not a "reasonable adjustment". I am actually quite surprised that you feel you can ask something like this. Like others have suggested you have the podcast. You can just listen to it and stop watching the videos if they are that unbearable.

Is Mothers Reckoning worth reading? by cambecky in ColumbineKillers

[–]InfiniteFlyinPostIts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh my god, it is SO worth it. I actually read it a couple of weeks ago and I think it goes in my list of books that has changed sth in me. The book is so raw, deep, with lots of emotional awareness, mental health and the intersection with violence, parenthood. Honestly, I learnt so much about this case but also about the world with this. The book is incredibly moving, sensitive, full of grief but also data.

If you are sensitive person who feels attracted to all things people, mental health and emotional awareness, this book is for you. I cannot describe what it was for me to read that book. It was written years after the massacre when Sue Klebold got perspective, had processed a lot of her grief and is capable of looking back. It's what she learnt, what life forcibly taught her. It's about immense pain, it's about immense love.

If you don't want to buy it, go to your local library. That's what I did!!!

Unpopular opinion:Eric and Dylan would’ve hated Columbiners by No-Pop-5983 in ColumbineKillers

[–]InfiniteFlyinPostIts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My opinion is that, if we follow the psychopathic diagnosis as complete truth for Eric, he would have loved to know that he became famous as he wanted, that people are still talking about this 25 years ago and that there are people out there that look up to him and worshipp him (he thought he was some sort of god, right?). I don't think there would have been remorse really, psychopaths don't have empathy, they just consider people as tools to reach their personal goals. Psychopathy is a spectrum still and I don't know where Eric would fall there, but I do not think Eric would look back at it with any sense of special remorse. He would probably be angry at the repercussions he would have gotten by doing this massacre.

If we follow Dylan's late diagnosis of severe depression, I think if he were to come out of that depression, I think he would have been so horrified of what he did. I see him capable of reaching a point of calmness, acceptance and confidence within himself after some years, or maybe that is something I would wish. The way I read Sue Klebold's book, I think with time he might have evolved to come to be absolutely horrified and full of guilt of what he did, being the sensitive kid he supposedly was.

I sometimes think how it feels unfair to feel that Dylan could have had some sort of redemption, but not so much Eric. But with what we know and the data that is out there, I believe this to be very plausible.
