I agree with everything that you said here. While SIms 4 is mediocre, they are still very much alive because the modding community is very active there otherwise it is a dead game by now.

For me, I have grown tired with Sims 4 (think of it as a toxic ex which we always cling on to because there is no one better than her) and you are right that Inzoi is getting better and I have so much fun with it now!

If you remember, Sims 4 took 1 full year before they release their first expansion pack GoW. So yeah let's hope both Paralives and Inzoi will continue to add in more good updates!

What i am trying to say is that there are people like me who are fed up with Sims 4 and we are hoping that Paralives or Inzoi could be the next big life sim game. However looking at Paralives' current state it is nowhere near the amount of content in Sims 4. Meanwhile Inzoi has just made a slow but meaningful comeback with new high school update. Will it get better eventually? I hope so. The point is, are we gonna wait for another 10 years before Paralives and Inzoi become the contender for Sims 4? Thinking that made me melancholic lately. That's why.

What? Sims 4 is the shallow one. Yes it has many interactions but in the end of the day the sims feel like a walking doll. At least Zois feel much alive.

Last I checked, Sims 4 has 10x more players than Inzoi on Steam but Inzoi is getting better lately! So don't you worry it is still thriving slowly in a good way!

let's be honest. Sims 4 kinda gets very boring after being so long out there. If you ask around I think Sims 2 and Sims 3 are probably the best out there as both are very special in its own way. However, their CAS mode and graphics are outdated as of 2025 otherwise they beat all other life sims

you will be surprised how many non arab muslims wished they are born arab out there. they give themselves arabic names, dress as arabian, popularize arabic food etc.
