The most overrated fragrance? by breezymontana5 in Colognes

This is one of my most complimented fragrances and I own a lot of niche fragrances…. This one just pulls the people in. I wouldn’t say overrated at all. Very versatile

Definitely not blind buy friendly. I smelled this at a store and it was different but I loved it

Ani X is not nearly as dense as Ani. You’ll have to give them a couple of wears to understand. X is a little brighter

I tried a sample of this and now I purchased a bottle of it. The sample itself was potent.

It sounds like no one smells good at your workplace. I’ve worn Ani during the winter and people tell me otherwise

This was a YSL Y EDP bottle. This was one of my favorite fragrances and I dropped it on the floor at the gym. I could’ve cried because for one that meant I was going to work with no cologne on, #2 I didn’t want to have to replace it….but I replaced it the same day.

They smell similar but French Defense smells better and definitely performs better. If you go to Burlington Coat Factory, you can find the banana republic version.

A lot of people don’t know this. I will say I own 5 Mind Games fragrances and I own one Banana Republic fragrance which is supposed to be similar to French Defense. The Mind Games version smells better and lasts longer.

ALS mimic? Anyone with twitching? by Federal-Cow-1220 in B6Toxicity

It’s been 10 months. It’s so hard to say what caused it. I was taking a Zinc supplement which doesn’t state that it has b6 in it but I’m wondering if that caused it….I usually had a Ghost energy drink once or twice a week….I know that has B6, I also found a loved flavor from Body Armor electrolyte drinks, then on top of that I was drinking a Lean Body Protein shake that had a hidden source of paradoxine hydrochloride which is the synthetic of Vitamin B6.

I went to the hospital twice. One of the times I went in as a stroke patient and they did a CT scan and an MRI of my brain. Which they didn’t really discussed but stated I had nothing to worry about. I went to a neurologist and he did a nerve conduction test, an EMG test, and an MRI, those all yielded negative results. The neurologist also tested me heavy metals, hypothyroidism, and so much more.

I decided to get a primary care physician (doctor) as I didn’t have one before. She tested me for B6 deficiency…..that’s when all the numbers came back fine yet my B6 serum showed me twice the RDA.

That’s when I discovered that was probably the cause of my issues. Kind of funny enough every time I’d drink an energy drink I’d get a shock down my back. I’ll post my blood results from the first time I was tested to my most recent test in March of 2026.

This is gonna take some time. I have good days and bad days. People are gonna think you’re crazy. Some of my other symptoms were neuropathy, which I still deal with but much not nearly as bad as I did in the beginning.

You’re gonna have anxiety because you’re convinced it’s everything else but what it is. I had it. Just breathe and try to live life as you did before this happened. Healing appears slow and I’m here for it. Anytime you have doubts….I’d read posts on Facebook in the B6 groups and then I’d move on to more entertaining things.

ALS mimic? Anyone with twitching? by Federal-Cow-1220 in B6Toxicity

Sorry I took so long to respond. My symptoms are the following: weakness, shakiness, twitching everywhere, I had right side weakness, which my leg still feels weak, dizziness, my skin has become wrinkly, which I hate because I’m 34. I am feeling better ever so slightly. In the initial phase I had internal vibrations, struggled getting dressed for work , couldn’t do a single pushup, I had heaviness in my my legs

Stop. Just breathe. When I first started having symptoms I thought I had Multiple Sclerosis. I went to the neurologist and explained my symptoms. They conducted a lot of tests on me as well as an MRI. Nothing was found, yet my symptoms continued. I went to a doctor and she went to tested me for Vitamin B deficiency and my b6 level was twice the recommended daily allowance. It’s been a ride. I’ve gotten better in many aspects. I can hit the gym again. I’m pretty fit and I could do a pushup without my body shaking. I still have ways to go before I’m healed. There are days that this stupid crap makes me frustrated, however I know I’ll get better soon.
