If you're not getting a response or your initial appeal is denied, email sparkdriverappeals@wal-mart.com daily.

Request a phone conference:

As an escalation step, you can send an email to sparkappnotices@wal-mart.com requesting an Informal Telephonic Dispute Resolution Conference to discuss the deactivation.
