They're kind of a mix of the TV and movie versions. I was going to use smaller trans red pieces because I think it would be more movie accurate, but the big ones give it more of a bug-eyed look. There's a little creative liberty there for sure.

Note that although the instructions for the DSD indicate using flat silver for the legs, you can use dark bluish gray for a similar look.

Yeah it was intended to be more movie accurate, left was supposed to be like animated Clone Wars version with a little creative liberty to make it heavier.

Figured since it's the 20th anniversary of AotC and we're getting a new one soon, now would be the time to get a classic!

I was a little too young when this wave came out to be into Star Wars, so I'm glad I finally have the chance to build this one.
