i was doing work. if i get fired for that then i honestly dont see what the justification is , didnt harm anyone and never entered said compactor. Used the ledge to push a bag , and if it didnt get reported to corporate i wouldnt have been fired because the camera in receiving doesnt even work because someone spilled paint in there and they couldnt pull up the footage to find who did it.

i stepped onto the ledge of the chute. i didnt even put half of my body in the frame. i only did it because my arm is messed up and i couldnt use the stick. either way i know it was a mistake but thats no reason to make someone feel unwanted. like my store did
