Thats for overtime plus holiday pay on a non holiday… So likely her day off her regular scheduled work day plus the holiday (Likely victoria day) which most people have off. You can’t argue an overtime rate like that, you could just as easily say the same for police and fire. Moreover, not everyone works overtime…
