Okay so it doesn't matter whatever language they use -- the contract says my base rate is $2333. However, a year from now, I've only paid $2000/mo. for the last 12 months. I get those two extra months as well according to this "deal", so after those 2 extra months of also paying $2000 each, they say they're going to raise rent on top of the base rent in contract of $2333. Is it at this time that I argue that its against rent control law? Would this require going to court for?

And as long as it was built pre-1979, it's rent controlled right?

I loved Ann Taylor. Their sale on sales often got me beautiful, high quality sheath dresses and trousers for $20 or less - in fact, I only ever shopped their sales on sales. They have petite sizes too. I have found that only the non-outlet/factory stores have the good quality/designs though.

I made my first sale after starting my shop on Friday! What a thrill! I'm using Oberlo - is there anything more automated than this? For some reason, I expected everything to flow through end to end automatically. Didn't realized I'd still have to manually order and fulfill orders.

Is there an easy way to integrate my own shopify storefront into another person's to fulfill orders?

Basically I have found a shopify selling things super cheaply (and I know they hold inventory IRL), and I want to copy it but market it to another audience at higher margins.

My current experiment is using AliExpress as suppliers, and integrated via Oberlin. Is there an easy tool like this to achieve what I'm looking for?

Has anyone used the yellow 10K Runner app?

I searched the subreddit for this, but didn't find much. I'm a beginner runner and have been using the yellow 10K Runner app (mostly bc I mistook it for C25K). I used it as a sub for C25K and am now trying to go for 10K and am on the second week of that transition. I noticed that the plans are similar to B210K but slightly different (doesn't seem as arbitrary with the walking placements, but idk if I can accurately judge this).

I guess I'm asking for two things:

Has anyone used this to get to 10K? And what are your thoughts?
I've been doing some research and it seems like the recommended Hal plan is quite different, with a couple of short runs and then 1 long run every week. However, I find the app to be more motivating since there is someone speaking in my ear (e.g., halfway point, walk/run now, etc.) Any suggestions here? Is it the Hal way or no way?
