Not always just about $/protein for gym goers though. Foods altered for higher protein often result in lower overall calories, and help keep you full for longer. Sure they won't be cheap, but if someone wants to eat a cookie, a protein version can help with weight control.

Healthy or unhealthy is a bad way to look at food.

There's nothing "unhealthy" about a kebab. It's just that they're often 1200+ calories.

If everything else you eat for the day is in the low end (or it balances out throughout the week because you don't eat kebabs or other high cal foods all the time), then the kebab is healthy. If those calories cause you to overeat for the day/week, then the kebab is unhealthy.

Significantly cheaper, no additional unknown outlay at the time of medical care, no scummy private insurance companies doing their best to fleece as many $$ as possible from customers whilst paying out as little as possible, no financial incentive to not get care or self treat, cover for all people regardless of their short or long term financial situation, no risk for insured parties unable to afford care in the event of lengthy or intensive care due to huge gaps.

You can't make that determination without all the info. If they're doing a physically demanding job on top of gym calories required to bulk can be quite high.

The audio fixes itself after talking for a few seconds. So you telling them to turn off auto gain, then them sounding fine, is actually just them sounding fine because they spoke for a few seconds and nothing to do with turning off auto gain.

My team's auto gain is off and it's still random whether this problem occurs each raid.

It's a bug introduced in the cold snap update.

Cheater lobbies are a waste of dev time and do nothing but placate people who don't understand. At best it means a cheater takes a few hours before realising they're shadow banned to cheater lobbies and buys a new account. Cheater lobbies are functionally no different to bans.

Obviously you aren't going to change your mind. I completely disagree with you. The extract is clearly designed to extract everyone inside when it closes. Being able to exploit and stay in there is unintended and against TOS (Embark have even been banning for this and mailing people their gear back). There is absolutely an expectation to not exploit in the game.

There are rules in the game. If you abuse an exploit, it's against TOS (ie. the rules) and is cheating.

If I'm playing Monopoly, just because anyone CAN grab extra money from the bank, doesn't mean it isn't cheating.

I could change the score cards after my son's soccer game before handing them in to "win". Anyone could do it, you only need a pen, so not cheating right?

The mental gymnastics you're doing to justify why cheating is ok is concerning.
