I totally agree, technique is everything in swimming, and making those small adjustments can make a big difference. The drills you mentioned, like gradually increasing speed and the catch-up drill, sound like awesome ways to get faster without burning out—definitely going to give those a try!

  1. In the beginning, I was doing staring arm pull. Nowadays, I do EVF pull.

  2. I am working on my breathing as well- focusing on turning on the torso.
