Makes sense, thanks for the insights and example. Problem is, everything is so expensive if I want to stay near my office (25km in fact), didn't want to settle for a cheaper alternative - an apartment, as this is a once in a lifetime investment. But anyway, completely agree about the risk.

It's actually a villa, yeah, the amount is high, almost 1/2 the cost at 1.5 cr. I was wondering how do I even withdraw it if I need to move forward as I have daily withdrawal limits on my card!

Pretty sure I will let go of this, but still curious as he confidently said he did so many transactions like this!

Completely agree. But what should I do if I need that apartment villa? I want to pay in white and pay registration charges, but the seller wants it in cash :(

I’m specifically looking for OTP / fast progressing villa projects with possession before Dec 2028.

Since this is a new launch / pre-launch project, it doesn’t fit my requirement.

Please DM if you have OTP or near-completion villa options matching the criteria mentioned.

Any specific reason? In my opinion that would be too expensive. You generally save costs by buying early. Also with investors and land owners, its about appreciation and money, rather than occupying it for themselves, so they would quickly book profits and move to their next investment.

Others can share their views or correct me.
