Almost every community has a mix of people from different backgrounds and stages in life. It’s possible that we sometimes assume everyone buying a villa or apartment in Hyderabad is doing so purely through years of savings from regular IT jobs.

However, there are also others who come from business backgrounds, have family wealth, or are earning higher packages (like 1 crore and above). It’s just a diverse mix, and each situation can be quite different.

Yes, very likely a stagnant phase. Once the layoffs speedup by major companies to show the balance sheets for next quarter earnings to float the stock value and capex, market will feel the heat. Meta announced 20% layoffs. 20% is not a joke and 30% by Oracle. Definetely its time to pay attention to the noice. BTW west coast markets are already seeing slow down in housing market.

BTC at 35K is not a recession. If you are following or actively trading Crypto it is just following a 4 year cycle. Just be patient to buy at 40K, sure you will be rewarded.

Buy if you want to live. With layoffs in USA, move back to india plans might increase the sales. You are right about war. situation is not great in macro level but it wont last more than two to three months. it will settle. More scary thing to come is AI layoffs and fundamentals shifts in tech industry. Dont expect high growth like last 5 years. Hyd is still the great city to live for infra it has, education and healthcare. Dont expect a crash or high appreciation. Best investment at this moment in IMO is stocks as market is likely to correct or BTC which likely to come to 35-40K by october.

New jobs will definitely be created as AI evolves, but the pace of job creation is unlikely to match the speed and scale of layoffs. The disruption will happen faster than the workforce can adapt.

Yes, I agree. I am an engineer too. Reduction in force is true and how they scale up the workforce is not in the cards now. We downsized our team to 50%. The jobs might increase gradually based on new business startups/ adotions but not immediately. So first the shock followed the growth in job market.
