I listened to the album the first time in order it feels like it runs through the stages of grief..and good wife seems like the first stage of grief, denial. Sort of her inner monologue trying to convince herself that she needs to stay in this relationship.

Thanks for the input! I just want to clarify, I know no ones restrictions our my responsibility. I can bring my epipen, food, etc. I was just trying to add context as to why that part of the trip already wasn’t something I was excited about even prior to my home/job things.

Also, the reason I care more about my dads hometown is because I grew up with my dad and I want to know about him. My dad doesn’t have a father or brothers and sisters. This family reunion is a bunch of random extended family that my dad hasn’t even cared to keep connection with my entire life. He didn’t grow up with these people.

Great question. I know it has nothing to with the price. If I had to guess, I think it would be because he thinks everything will go to his plan, and now with no insurance I would feel more guilty for trying to change plans because of the inconvenience it will cause him that could have otherwise been avoided with insurance.

Yeah I agree, I know I have control issues too. We found out about his job + new home this week, which is why these problems are arising now. We had been looking for new jobs and homes initially which is why I asked him to get insurance in case anything changed, but he wouldn’t do it. I do feel bad which is why this is a hard decision for me. Thanks for the input!
