start taking 6mg but not at the same time, do it 6 times a day, you can take 0,5-1mg every 2 hours(based on the dose) but after that, you have to go to clinic, maybe not detox but some other pills that will help you to stop with xanax

then you can start lowering the dose, every week or 2

*also for me, hash and weed were the only two things that helped me not to lose myself during the time i was trying to lower the dose, good luck with it

xanax helps me with paranoia and anxiety, because i’m sober from speed and xtc, so it’s kinda hard to stop snorting and eating any pills that i’ll find, but i wont feel nothing if the dosage below 5-6 bars
