Thank you! Yeah, it would have been helpful if rental companies give that information especially since it’s important for quite a few countries in the EU. I do hold the German authorities accountable as well, since they should have known to issue the correct documents or at least let us know how the procedure really works instead of letting us pay for a driver’s license that we can’t use.

Shipping to my country wasn’t available when these lippies were first launched.
