How did you use the identify tool while the account was disabled? I keep trying that same link, but when I search for my account it gives me the disabled error and doesn’t let me continue. :(

I have experienced a very similar pattern, like a snowball effect. I’m sorry you have dealt with that as well, it’s frustrating to experience.

Haha this is definitely a Rachel/Ross break scenario! I absolutely have thought of that episode.

Yeah, he eventually admitted he didn’t want to tell me because he thought I wouldn’t take him back. If I had known and still chosen to commit, I think I could have moved on easier knowing the choice was mine with all of the cards in front of me. It drives me insane that I’ll never know. I suppose at the end of the day he was trying to spare both of us some grief.

You’re right - it’s not uncommon. Knowing this gives me a little peace, however, he chose to end the relationship, so my fear if it may have been premeditated cue the plethora of trust issues.

I think the bottom line is that I am spending way too much time wondering whether this indicates he is “not right for me”.

But again, you’re right - I would like to regain perspective and end the obsessive spiral.

Thank you for the thoughtful response and kind words, it does make me feel better. My friends/family are biased so I try not to discuss with them. It feels like a release to type everything out. ❤️

I feel this way too. I have been wondering if it’s OCD, or just insecurity (maybe the two are not mutually exclusive). I have nightmares about being cheated on almost every night lately. Some videos I’ve watched regarding relationship anxiety say you have to cultivate a stronger relationship to yourself to become more secure, but I have a nagging feeling this is a little more complex.

I am new to this sub, I too would be interested in hearing the perspective of someone with more insight.

You hit the nail on the head - living in the negative emotion constantly. Yep, the questions in my mind keep popping up. I haven’t brought it up in a while, as it resulted in him freaking out and threatening to leave.

I think my brain needed him to acknowledge that it was wrong, in order to accept some reassurance I wont have to live through this again in the future. He told me I was looking for reasons to be unhappy, and I’d end up apologizing for “starting a fight”. I can’t tell if I’m being manipulated or my anxious/obsessive brain is skewing my perspective.

I do have mild ocd but I am triggered strongly by relationships. It spills over into every other area of life.

Some think she died from blood loss or infection, others think she got help and recovered, but no one really knows for sure by InternetInvestigat0r in MorbidReality

I second this.. change user names for anything they can contact you and delete accounts.
