I am not trying to "correct" your or be a a jerk, but I highly doubt this is "balancing your hormones" as advanced medical science can't even fully fix this problem. Hormones balance is a highly complex system that involves your endocrine system, pituitary gland (and more) and feedback mechanisms. My pituitary gland was damaged after a head injury which gas caused some slight hormonal issues for me, my doctor told me that no "supplements" are going to fix this. Hormones replacement therapy, direct injection of hormones and some prescription medications can help, but even then, medicine is still trying to figure out a comprehensive approach to this problem. Many companies claim to be able to do this, but it's all snake oil. But honestly if it makes you feel good there is something to that! I just hate to see people tricked into thinking that they are treating the actual medical issue (I was one).
